Cuban travel is what we do. We don’t operate anywhere else. We are Cuba experts.

Cuba isn’t just a destination to us – Cuba is family. We are a woman-owned travel business, and two out of three of us are married to Cubans. We live here, we love here, and our close connections allow us to create unique experiences that bridge cultures and surpass expectations.

Meet our Team

In 2012, Joslin first traveled to Cuba as a tour director for large group People to People Educational Tours. After working as a rafting and outdoor recreation guide in Alaska, California, Oregon and Canada, and as an international tour guide, she began to realize that Cuba was a destination unlike any other.

Cameron got hooked on travel after spending a summer in Africa in high school. At the University of Minnesota, she majored in Economics and spent summers traveling abroad, which inspired her to pursue a cross-cultural career.

Kalea is our Head of Operations. She began as a Tour Leader and has traveled with a wide variety of groups including university service trips, diplomatic delegations, art & design fans, musicians and private groups of families and friends.

Consider us your on-the-ground team in Cuba.

If you’re a travel provider, we’ll work with you to design a tour perfect for *your* clients, with your brand and our full on-site support. You sell the tour, we’ll run it.

If you’re a family or small group, we can help coordinate your entire trip to Cuba, complete with custom itinerary and guide.

Marlon has 16 years of experience guiding travelers and tourists alike throughout Cuba. He is a certified teacher after studying at the Pedagogic University where he received a degree in Education specialized in the teaching of English as a Foreign Language. He likes to say that he is still teaching, just now to tourists instead of students. Born in Havana, he is passionate about sharing his city, music and culture with those that visit Cuba.

“Yadi”, as her friends call her, has been involved in tourism for the last ten years. She is fluent in English, German and Spanish and studied languages at the University of Havana. She is passionate about sharing her history and culture of her country with her guests and has led trips all across the island. She has one son, Yadiel, who is three years old. She works hard to provide an up-close and personal experience for each of her guests so that they better understand her complex country.

What sets us apart from the rest?

We specialize in active, experiential and transformational travel – travel that’s personal.
Experience Cuba; don’t just visit.
